The last few months haven’t been easy for any of us. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic started, there has been a lot of uncertainty, negatives news, and even some improvising and learning along the way. It is definitely something that none of us were prepared for.
Although there has been a lot of information in the news about what is happening in the coffee industry, most of it relates to the overall coffee industry and none specifically relates to the specialty coffee industry. Therefore, in order to better understand the current situation and to develop a better response for our customers, we want to ask you first-hand about how you are doing in these very uncertain times and learn about how you are dealing with the current situation.
