The British Council in Argentina is looking for freelance Teachers of English to teach remote classes (from our office in Ciudad de Buenos Aires) for "Ceibal en Inglés" (Uruguay) in 2023".

The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities.We provide the service for Plan Ceibal remote teaching programme delivering more than 1,100 weekly English classes remotely from our teaching center in Buenos Aires via video conferencing to children in grades 4 to 6 (ages 9-11) in Uruguayan state primary schools, as part of the Uruguayan project Ceibal en Inglés.

We offer continuous professional development in remote teaching as well as constant support and guidance in your daily teaching practice, providing you with lesson plans and carefully designed materials ready to be used. A Translator or Licenciado en Ingles degree from a recognized university (with a 2-year practicum component)
