Por favor conteste todas las preguntas del presente formulario para ser evaluado por un comité de selección. Completar el formulario no asegura su lugar en el evento. En el caso de que usted sea seleccionado para participar del evento, la Secretaría General de la OEA se reserva el derecho de realizar el proceso de "Leahy Vetting" como requiere el donante. La Secretaría General de la OEA e INCIBE le informarán de su aceptación vía correo entre el 05 y el 08 de mayo del 2026.

In the event you are selected to participate, the OAS General Secretariat reserves the right to conduct Leahy Vetting as requested by the donor. OAS General Secretariat and INCIBE will inform you of your acceptance by email between May 5 and 8, 2026.
