ACCESS AND AUTHENTICATION

In this phase we are going to analyse the current characteristics of access to charging points and user authentication. We will also propose improvements to these actions.

The activities that we propose follow an identical scheme to the previous phase: tell us how you arrive to the loading points, is it easy to access them? Are they well signalised? Share with us how to improve them and photos of specific situations. Please, avoid to show any personal information or image.
1.Which is the kind of information the navigation app presents for finding the charging points? Are tools available for actions such as accessing, searching or selecting? How are the charging points signalisation in public car parks, shopping malls, ...?
2.Rate the usefulness of navigation to the charging points offered by the app:

4.Which kind of information the user’s authentication app and charging point presents?
5.Rate the ease for your authentication at the charging point:
6.What is done today for solving unexpected events? (e.g. the parking lot is occupied by another vehicle)
7.How should these unexpected events be solved? What actions could be taken by the end users?
8.Comment what needs to be improved at this stage: proposals and ideas for improve the access, signage, and authentication process.
9.Share with us some photo / screenshot / video of your process of arrival at the charging point and authentication: show us the characteristics of the screen in the app or charging point, problems and unexpected events, well-resolved functions... Please, avoid including in your images personal objects or personal images. It is important that these images are anynomous. We are interested in images that describe actions or situations, but not any kind of personal data.
