USE / CHARGING OPERATION

This is the main block of the charging process,we want you to tell us the characteristics of the current process, problems arised and proposals for improvement: information, plugs, unexpected events ... Explain and show us the characteristics of the charge, including of course, those elements which you are satisfied with.
1.Which is the kind of information, instructions, steps, verifications or end of process warning, the apps and charging points present today? (standby time, power, type of energy, price ...)
2.Rate the quality of the information about the charging process offered by the charging points and your app:
3.How are existing charging points oriented, in reference to the vehicle and its dimensions? Are the existing poles equipped with different plugs? Is the plug anchoring secure today?
4.Rate the orientation, dimensions and plugs of the charging points:
5.Where is located the charging plug in your EVs? Wich different plugs typologies, with different dimensions do you have? How are plugged, unplugged and stored the elements for charging EVs?
6.Now we are going to focus in the charging points maintenance, Are the installed properly maintained? What is the required maintenance for the poles?
7.Rate the charging points conservation status:
8.What unexpected events typically arise during the charging process? How could these unexpected events be solved?
9.Rate the adequacy and easy of the charging process:
10.What improvements would you make to the charging elements (charging points, plugs, feedback ...) and in general to the charging phase? Tell us in detail your proposals, and please, list the main features that poles should have.
11.Share with us some photo / screenshot / video of your charging process : show us the characteristics of the placement of plugs, the screen in the app or charging point, problems and unexpected events, well-resolved functions... Please, avoid including in your images personal objects or personal images. It is important that these images are anynomous. We are interested in images that describe actions or situations, but not any kind of personal data.
