PAYMENT / END OF PROCESS

Finally, we will work on the payment process and charging process information. Similarly to previous sections, we expect information on how these actions are currently carried out, problems, unexpected events and how they could be improved:
1.Which is the kind of information, instructions, steps, or verifications, guiding the payment process today? 
2.Rate the ease for carrying out the payment process at the charging points and your app:
3.Which is the kind of feedback send you the current apps, after charging and paying? How is it stored (historical series)? How is it managed?
4.Rate the adequacy of the information you receive about the charging process (time invested,% of charge, type of energy, price, location ...):
5.List the different fees offered today to EV drivers and assess the optimal fees among all the ones listed: (For example: different price according to schedule, charging power, charging time, location ...)
6.Do you leave the parking lot when the charge is complete or stay on it? Is a procedure required for defining what should be done after completing the charge? What should this procedure consider?
7.Which unexpected events have you had in the payment? How should it be solved?
8.What would you improve in the payment methods and financing of the charging process? Tell us your proposals in detail.
9.Share with us some photo / screenshot / video of your payment process: show us the characteristics of the screen in the app or charging point, information, problems and unexpected events, well-resolved functions... Please, avoid including in your images personal objects or personal images. It is important that these images are anynomous. We are interested in images that describe actions or situations, but not any kind of personal data.
