IAHR - Task Force for Strengthening Diversity and Gender Equity

The IAHR task force on Strengthening Diversity and Gender Equity is conducting a survey on careers of women researchers and professionals in hydro-environment related fields. The aim of this survey is to reveal obstacles that may affect these women careers and identify ways and actions that IAHR can take to improve their situation. Thank you for helping us to advance gender equity in science.

The aim of this questionnaire is:

1- Making a first diagnosis of difficulties encountered by women engineers and/or researchers, members of IAHR, in their careers.

2- Identifying ways for overcoming these difficulties and promoting their careers.
