When lockdown hit, how well-prepared do you think you were to switch online?
I was fine. I had everything I needed to be able to make the switch.
I managed to cope with the equipment I had, but lacked practice with and knowledge about technology.
I had to do a crash course in technology and invest in equipment.
It took me a few weeks to be able to get my classes online.
I was not able to switch my classes online.

They responded very positively and adapted very quickly.
