TESOL Colombia recognizes the vision, leadership, and commitment of professionals who drive positive change in English Language Teaching. The Best ELT Changemaker Award honors exceptional individuals who have made a meaningful impact on the ELT community through innovation, advocacy, leadership, collaboration, or transformative educational practices.

Colombian ELT professionals who have demonstrated dedication, commitment, and passion for advancing English Language Teaching in Colombia are welcome to nominate themselves for this award.

Register for TESOL Colombia VII and pay the special registration fee for Award nominees.
Complete the application form with your proposal.
Prepare a 5- to 7-minute pitch to be presented during TESOL Colombia VII. Include:
- The challenge, need, or opportunity identified.
- The actions or initiatives implemented to create change.
- The impact achieved on learners, teachers, institutions, or the ELT community.
- A compelling conclusion explaining why you are an ELT changemaker and how your work inspires positive transformation.

Describe the outcomes and the pedagogical benefits of a specific lesson plan or classroom project you have implemented.
