The Summit will take place on December 7th and 8th, with a two-hour morning session consisting of state of the industry discussions, common cyber threats to manufacturers and enterprise case studies with shared ideas in a peer to peer setting.

2. Each speaker selected by event organizers will receive one complimentary registration to the conference.

3. Compensation/reimbursement is not provided for travel, lodging or other expenses incurred by speakers in connection with their attendance.

4. If one or more speakers cancel their appearance at the event, every reasonable effort will be made by the individual submitting this proposal to replace that person with a speaker from a similar company with a similar or higher-level title and with similar or better subject matter expertise;

5. Speakers will be required to provide a copy of their slide presentation, handout materials, and any other media to be used during the session no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event.

6. The event organizer reserves the right to publish (both print and emedia) modified session titles and abstracts at its sole discretion. Event organization also reserves the right to record the session for possible re-use.
