A new GetFeedback experience is coming soon

We're evolving GetFeedback (previously GetFeedback Digital) to support a broader range of customers by introducing a new self-serve offering for website feedback, available in June 2026. 

This does not change your current experience. Current customers will continue to access the same features, workflows, and support you rely on today.

Reminder: GetFeedback Direct is being sunset on December 31, 2026.

GetFeedback has historically included two products: GetFeedback Direct and GetFeedback Digital. With GetFeedback Direct sunsetting on December 31, 2026, we're changing the name of GetFeedback Digital to GetFeedback. Nothing else about your product, access, or setup is changing.

GetFeedback Digital focuses on in-the-moment feedback on digital channels like websites and apps to optimize user experience. This includes features like passive feedback buttons and in-app micro-surveys.

GetFeedback Direct is for relational and transactional feedback across the customer journey. It lets you send personalized surveys via multiple channels, aggregate metrics like NPS^®, CSAT, and CES, and correlate feedback across customer touchpoints.

If you're unsure which your organization uses, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

No. The new self-serve offering is designed for new customers and includes a simpler setup experience. It's a different product tier and not a replacement for what you have today. If anything changes for your account in the future, we'll give you plenty of notice.

We're evolving how plans are structured for new GetFeedback customers. Your current plan and access remain unchanged. We'll communicate if anything relevant to your account changes in the future.

GetFeedback Digital will continue to be supported under the name GetFeedback.

For U.S.-based customers, we can offer data migration services. For non-U.S. customers, we offer a manual rebuild of your top priority surveys.

Transitioning to SurveyMonkey typically takes around 90 days and is guided by a dedicated Technical Solutions Manager (TSM). Your implementation is tailored to your needs and may include custom training on the Salesforce integration, survey recreation, account setup support, and more.
